Mahanagar Gas installation was done in Shantidham Heights back in June 2023 underground pipe installation has been done by the authorized Mahanagar gas officials.

Who can apply for Mahanagar Gas Residential Domestic Supply :

1. Flat owners : 

You can apply online or from an offline process.

Online process: Simply go to the official Mahanagar Gas website and navigate to residential-png >> domestic-connection-request now it will ask you for two options as shown below pic as the gas installation is only done you need to skip the first option i.e Apply for Domestic PNG connection where Gas Supply is available now we will choose option second which is New PNG Request where Gas Supply is not available here you will be required to fill out your personal details once you submit they will get your request and will update you when the meter is installed.

You can even download the form for new domestic registrations of PNG Connection from their downloads sections fill in the details in the form and keep the payment ready online or via cheque method.

Offline Process : 

An official executive will come and meet the society appointed person and hand over the form later the appointed person needs to Xerox the forms and distribute it to every flat owner.

If your society's elected person does not show any interest as sometimes the local gas distributors are against the PNC Mahanagar Gas as they will lose valued customers. so if you want to take matters into your own hands and fast track this process you need to keep an NOC or letter from the society that states that our society members are interested in connections least min 2 or 25 members' interest is required even if the society members oppose you still can apply for the connections by writing a mail to support of Mahanagar Gas support@mahanagargas.com.

Once documentation and payment everything is approved it takes 6 months to 12 months for the process to start which is called the queuing process.

2. Tenants

For people who are living on a rental basis can also apply for PNC gas connections Tenants can avail PNG connection by submitting the NOC of the owner as per the prescribed format. To download the NoC format, please Click here

Payment Charges : 

The total Amount to be paid per Domestic connection is ₹6,635

1. The first cheque should be given of ₹6,135
2. ₹500 will be added to the first bill that will be generated. 

Refund : 

The refundable amount is ₹5,750 which will be refunded at the time of permanent disconnection.

EMI Options : 

Those customers who are not able to pay the full registration charges can opt for the EMI facility :

Cheque of ₹885

There will be 12 EMI in total which will be added to the bills which is bimonthly generated and will be completed in 24 months i.e. in a year 6 bills get generated so in 12 bills the EMI will be collected. 

Documents Needed :

1. Recent Electricity bill or society maintenance bill.
2. The name on the form should be filled in as per the ownership proof.
3. The cheque should be in favor of Mahanagar Gas Ltd in case of online payment mention the transaction id in the form.
4. PAN Card.

Note: No alterations should be made to the cheque as it will get returned from your bank.
