  • Previous topics and complaints/suggestions/feedback were brought up to disturb the meeting agenda.

  • The 2023 - 2024 elected committee did not conduct any elections and concluded that they will rule for another 1 year i.e 2024-2025 till Nov 2025 again despite being a failure during their run.

Conclusion of the AGM : The meeting which was conducted on Sunday 29-10-2023 @11 am started with the following points : Previous topics and complaints/suggestions/feedback were brought up to disturb the meeting agenda. No members showed active participation in the balance sheet and did not ask any questions. The Society Secretary (*16 Lakhs Dues during his run) wants to be re-elected again despite being a failure during his run because of this few members took objections that new members should be given a fair chance. The secretary suggested his people's names despite the member whose name was suggested is not interested in being the secretary.
