Society Diwali Bonus For Sweeper: 5,000₹ W.R.T 2021-2022 Additionally this Sweeper also takes a Diwali bonus from each flat.
Sweeper Vouchers: 10,000 ₹ voucher is given by the sweeper for annual broomstick stock which is broad daylight looting.
Gardener: A gardener is a person responsible for maintaining and managing the gardens and green spaces within a cooperative housing community. Cooperative housing, often referred to as housing cooperatives or co-ops, is a type of housing arrangement where residents collectively own and manage the property, including its common areas and outdoor spaces.
Salary Per Gardener : 8500₹ PA W.R.T 2021-2022
Diwali Bonus Per Gardener: 5,000₹ W.R.T 2021-2022
Gardener in Shantidham Heights does not exist nor he is seen this is also a scam of looting society owners.
Auditor: Auditor is a professional responsible for reviewing and assessing the financial and operational aspects of cooperative housing associations. The auditor is a third-party payroll person and not a member of the society. This guy does not have even a basic knowledge of auditing and doesn't know why he has been hired when this work can be done by the society members rather than giving it to someone outside the society. Basic maintenance tally irregularities have been reported by the owners despite paying the maintenance in advance and on time.
Salary : 18,000₹ PA W.R.T 2021-2022

There are no Surveillance Watchmen in Shantidham Heights Society Member called Mr.Jadhav does the watching but he is not helpful as the majority of the time he is in his village.
